About this Product
What could be better than enjoying your coffee out of a cup with a tranquil mountain scene rendered in stained glass on it. Give yourself a little bit of care in as you enjoy the soothing blue color and the complementary hues of the mountain sunset. The cup holds 11 ounces of whatever gets you going in the morning be that cappuccino, tea, or an americano. I was super excited to find the blanks as I've had a hard time sourcing full color sublimation mugs. The design is inspired by the mountains outside my window that I stare at all day long.
Because these are made using sublimation, they are completely dishwasher and microwave safe.

Meet the Maker
I am an arts and crafts lover from way back. I've dabbled in all of it. But I've focused in the last year on digital art, first in mugs and tshirts and then in cards and prints. I started in mugs because I collected mugs everywhere I traveled. I like to collect things that are going to be used regularly so that you remember your travels all of the time. Tshirts came because I could not find ones that I liked - they were all the same! So I started designing my own. Art and cards are a form that were close to my heart. I have several friends that mail cards to me without fail on holidays and birthdays and sometimes out of the blue. Getting real mail with hand writing on it feels so much more meaningful than a text or email. I also love quirky, unique images and word art, so I wanted to start playing with decorated words. I'm still working on that part and hope to have some pieces ready in the fall. Before quitting my corporate job last year to do this full time, I was doing analytics and organization full time. Bringing art to my daily life has made my life rich. It makes it much easier to do school runs
How it’s Made
We use a six color sublimation printer to put the design on sublimation paper. The design is then cut down to the correct size for the mug. The paper is taped to the mug and the whole package goes in a heat press (in my case, usually the Cricut Mug Press). A few minutes later, it comes out. Once cool, I remove the paper and the design is on the mug.
